The majority of orders are shipped via:
- Australia Post (E-Parcel and/or Express)
- Direct Freight Express
- International: Australia Post Express Air
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an initial email confirmation.
Shortly thereafter (when your order is shipped), you will receive a further email which contains your individual freight tracking number. Please allow 24hr for correct tracking information to be uploaded and refreshed on the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your Junk/Spam folder of your email program. If still not received please email us and we will be happy to assist.
